Is your business Walking Friendly?
You could benefit from free enhanced promotion

Picture
We'd like to celebrate and promote businesses who meet or exceed a set of requirements based on facilities, services and information.  The aim is to ensure that visitors can easily access information specifically relating to walking, highlighting businesses that offer facilities to meet the needs of walkers.

If you offer the right facilities, services and information you can sign up to the Walking Friendly scheme free. Once accepted, you'll get the Walking Friendly logo to use on your website/ social media and be included on an interactive map on the North York Moors National Park website with a link to your website.

We've got three categories for Walking Friendly - accommodation providers, food and drink providers and activity providers/ retailers.

What to do next

Take a look at the application form and make sure you provide the criteria listed. You will need to send photographic evidence alongside your application. If you have any questions, please email Emily.
